Hello all! I am new to Notion and learning from using Musescore.
Question is the trombone staccato playback samples seem quite harsh compare to sustain samples. Is there something wrong or is this normal?

Dear Soman,
this is normal for brass instruments such as trumpet, horn and trombone and very important for dramatic musical moments. For a softer short tone, use portato or halve the note value with an associated rest. Sincerely Michael |
