Registration?

I went to put in a ticket for Notion on iOS, and the page said I had not registered any applications. So I clicked on register, and it asked for a product key. This doesn't seem like a doable thing. And if I can't register, I can't file a ticket?

Hi,
At the bottom right of the home page (the score list) there is a small "feedback" link. Tapping on this brings up a contact form. Try that for your support request.

There should be an entry in the support product list for Notion for Ipad, which should allow to open a support ticket. Is that what you did?

I spoke to Notion TS. Any support issues with ios app should be done as stated earlier, via the app feedback function on the app. No need for registered product to do that.

See the post above. For tech support for the ios app, use the feedback button in the app. It goes to the same place as a support ticket.
