Here is a set of Custom Rules for VSL Special Edition presets. I am placing them on here so that you can work with them and test them out as you see fit.

For the .xml users out there from the past, look into the formatting of the Ruleset document. You will notice that there is no plugin id or group id. Rather the header and end tag for the documents are:

<ruleset>

Rules

</ruleset>

If you want to convert old files, that is the formatting that you should use before performing the import. Rules are now attached to your scores automatically and you can move them around from score to score. No more "Rules" folders. Just file your rules together and label them so that you know what they are for and where they are from and you are on your way.

How are these rules different than the ones that ship with Notion? And, can you say something about the section of dynamic rules that are commented out?

Admin, there are still people very interested in this. It is not particularly clear how to actually use the file you provided or verify that it is indeed working. As Alain asked, could you provide us with a step by step method for using the included rules?
