I find it strange, and I won't rule out user error here that when you create a new ruleset (shift+y -> New -> Use) that the ruleset isn't available in any other project.
Where are the rulesets saved (if at all) that are created exclusively within the Rules GUI? Do I have to export the ruleset and then import the ruleset to be able to use the same rules in different projects? Thanks for any tips |

Yes, you have to export the ruleset to a folder and then import it into a new project.
