I noticed in other times that sustain pedal position is limited at existing note positions. It seems that this doesn't change in Notion 5. I found a workaround which uses dummy voice and dummy hidden rests. But I hope I will have a easier and faster way. The pedal up/down position has impact on piano sound more than a little.

Nice workaround.
I will try this with dynamics too. Obviously it would be better if Notion would allow for free positioning of elements other than pedals, dynamics, hairpins and so on. I mean also working in their actual position. |
