All in the title... for dummies like me.

Showing the name of the note being played would help me specially in unusual keys : F, etc..

Thank you. :

Even better show the name of the note the mouse pointer is hovering.

This would be very useful. A windows tooltip seems like it would be an easy solution for this.

I am 62, I have still a job, I have other hobbies (=no much time), I never received any serious musical training. So, well, if I could be helped a bit to decypher a score in other-than-G key stave, I would be happy.
In the same time, it could actually teach me accurately and naturalley to read other keys,

Yes, wen can :)

Unfortunately some of us are hobbyists that tinker with music and have no training. If Notion could show us the not names right now, we'll learn them to know in the future. Until them we're happy to be assisted.

Agreed. If a program can help teach, then it's just better. Notion is being used by a lot of students.

I recognize notes on the G clef (although I still have to say Every Good Boy Deserves Favor and spell out F-A-C-E 8-) ). Other clefs, and I'm lost. Notes floating way above or below the staff, I'm also lost. Identification of the note by hovering over it seems like a great idea to me!
