Problem activating Notion for Sphere

Hi -

I signed up for Sphere to gain access to Notion. Notion won't authorize, saying no Sphere license can be found.

MacOS (latest). M1 Mac mini


Any ideas? TIA
Studio One (latest), Dorico (latest), Omnisphere, AAS Suite, NI Komplete.

Mac mini M1, Nektar T4, PreSonus Atom SQ, Kessler N/S Alto Sax.

You probably need to download something and to use the subscription account you purchased . . .

Since you are doing this on the Mac, this looks to be helpful, and it provides the solution to what looks to be the problem you are having:
