Greetings, All--
I'm working on my first Notion score, and so far it's going well. I like that the score scrolls from left to right because I'm used to working that way and it gives me the most information on the screen. Today I exported my first three XML files from another program, and when I imported them into Notion, the scores were aligned so that they will only scroll vertically. I couldn't find anything obvious to change this in the score setup area, so I'm stumped for the moment. Thanks! --Bob |
Bob, under the View menu, you can select scrolling across pages or down pages.

Thanks, Michael--
It sometimes takes a while to get the hang of how a program "thinks." To me, a "setup" implies a dynamic action that alters something, while a "view" suggests that you want to look at something static. Not necessarily the case, but I'm coming to the conclusion that Notion will do pretty much everything that I need once I understand where to look for it. Like that elusive check box you mentioned that I now see waving frantically for my attention. --Bob |
It took me a while to catch on to the way Notion is wired. I highly recommend George Hess' book on Notion 6 if you are so inclined.
