I've recently purchased a new VST string library from Light and Sound https://www.lightandsoundsamples.com/chamberstrings.html which I'm very impressed with. It's quite complete at the price point of $120, and it sounds great. It's also considerably simpler than other libraries, with an emphasis on playability.

Here's a video scorecast that I've recorded after a test to check the library out:

I'll post the ruleset I created to use the library with Notion on the Rules forum.

Enjoy!

Hi Michael!
It's been a while. . . mon ami!
This is beautiful! I went to the Light and Sound site and immediately found so many reasons I'd absolutely would need these Chamber Strings in my tool chest! :-)

Thanks for the info

Marcato, great to see you, it has been a long while!

I have been using them a lot and I highly recommend the library. Very simple, but very well recorded and musical in a classical sense.
