Ok,

I went ahead and made a ruleset that maps Notion's drum staff to standard MIDI GM (General MIDI) drums. It's not an extensive list but the most common kick, snare, toms, and cymbals. I didn't end up using the Component ID flags in this case as it seems they weren't necessary.

Attached is a notion file with two staves:

1. A staff mapped to MT Power Drummer VSTi (GM drums)
2. A Staff created using Notions built in drums. I build everything on the Notion Drums staff first - that way I can use the preset patterns and fills and specific drums for notion. I then copied the Notion created stuff to the Mt Power Drummer staff.

If you look at the mixer, the Notion drum track should be muted so only the MT Power Drummer track sounds.

The rules are viewable and editable of course. You could export them so that you could import the rule set to your own scores.

Hello,

In this project an attempt is made to create Custom Rules for many Spitfire libraries. The approach is to use immediate switches and generic notation.

Just download the .zip and unpack in <Presets> directory.

If there is an interest in these libraries, I can perfect them.
