I have recently learned that some of the instrument samples included with Notion sound much better than I remember them sounding back when I had Notion 3. (I have been working with v. 5 for a while but had never downloaded the sounds until now because I remembered them being poor).
Now I am curious and would like to learn more about what sounds are actually included and what articulations, techniques, and other playback features actually work with the included samples. I have been unable to find anything. Is there any such list or document available? |
I've been looking up for a list as well but couldn't find one, so I have compiled this list of instruments.
The list is grouped the same way as it is in Notion 6 when you setup your score. The ones marked with an (*) are not included by default, and can be purchased separately in various bundles: https://shop.presonus.com/Notion-Expansion-Bundles Disclaimer: this is not an official list. I've done my best to ensure it is as complete as possible, but there is no guarantee I haven't made any mistakes. Re articulations and techniques there are heaps of them, but I haven't had the time (or courage) to compile a list.
