It's a good request; I'm on the other side of the equation where I'm happy to send the PDFs as a group when I do some arranging. It also helps to have everything in a group rather than a bunch of PDF parts hanging out in a folder.

If you have a Mac as well, you can very easily create parts in Preview. Select the pages, use CMD + C to copy, and then CMD+N to make a new document with the copied parts. It's an extra step, sure, but not too hard, really.
