I need to deactivate 2 old systems. I understand I need to do this through customer support (which seems pretty outdated), but I've filled out the ticket form twice, and they don't seem to go through. Does Presonus customer support check these messages? If so, how am I supposed to proceed? This shouldn't be necessary in the first place if there were an interface to take care of our own activations. Any help is appreciated.
