Can you make a support ticket via your account at my.presonus.com, and be sure to add your location to the ticket - that way we can identify any local servers that may not be behaving...

Unfortunately, the update does not open a progress bar or other indication it is updating until the process is complete at which point it offers to restart.

So, how are you doing with this?

If you haven't already done so, download the newest Update Notion 6.2.439 from your my.presonus.com account from the -MyProducts- page.

As mentioned above, the Notion auto-update notification software doesn't display an web download "progression bar". A gauge of the amount completed. So if an update is initiated it may take a while without the User seeing anything happening for a many minutes.

As of this evening Notion still shows build 427. I will download from My Presonus and see if that works.
