This is the killer feature for me. The user guide however doesn't say if I can use a Wacom tablet under Windows 10. It only references using a touchscreen which is not ideal on a Windows desktop.
Anyone using a tablet with this feature yet? |
Hi.
Just chiming in to ask if Notion 6 handwriting recognition will work with an iPad connected to a DT MacPro or if it's confined to Windows Tablet. Thank you, R.

Yes you can use a Wacom tablet - that's what we used for some testing and it feels really nice!

Hi everyone,
I'm having issues using my wacom 21 ux with notion 6 cannot do anything with the pen. I tried the pen with Notion5 and it works fine (as mouse) I installed notion6 on my surface pro3 . It works fine. But when i use Notion6 with the wacom 21ux, nothing works. I posted a ticket . is there any fix for that Chris ?? Thanks Farid |
heatherhibbs wroteI'm running Notion 6 on Windows 10 with a Slate Raven MTi2 (touch screen). I can write using the mouse, but when I touch the screen, it defaults to moving the screen around instead of writing. Is there a quick and easy solution to this? Hey Heather, I had the same problem using handwriting mode in Notion 6 on my touch screen configured Mac Pro. For me, the solution was to edit the driver (which the driver software allows you to do) so that the gesture for one finger was changed from scroll to click, and the gesture for two fingers was changed to scroll. So now I can handwrite with one finger or a stylus, and scrolling works with two fingers. I've no idea how to accomplish this on the MTi, sorry. Hope this points you in the right direction though. Cheers, Wayne Rose BTW: I'm now using a 24" touch screen and a driver from Touch-Base in Mac OS, instead of V-Touch. |
I should have posted this Notion also works quite well with HUION 2020 Kamvas 13
