Audiobox VSL1818 Troubles

I'm using a Presonus Audiobox(the 18v18 version) which I would love to get working. I open the audiobox program(with my audiobox and ect already connected and following the previous steps in the instuction manual) and it works fine. The microphone appears to respond and I can see my levels, which disappear and then fail to respond after a few moments. What could be going wrong here? I've already attempted the obvious trouble shoots, like running as admin and ect. I've also disabled my wireless network card when attempting to use.

Start by putting your specs in your signature.

1) What is moment? Secound? Minutes?
2) Are you clicking on anything or changing application focus during that time
3) Can you record a track?

It could be any number of things. Have you optimized your pc for audio production?
Have you disabled wi-fi? Are you plugged into a USB2 or USB3 port? Did you install the drivers
from the included disc? Or did you download and use the drivers from this site? Have you tried a different USB cable? Or a different PC? What DAW are you using? This should also be included in your specs....as should the make and model of your PC. Without knowing what type of pc you're running, what DAW etc....we often can't recommend a "simple fix"

If you have not already done so, I suggest you open a tech support ticket. They'll get you sorted.
