I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 11. I downloaded the newest Audacity and updated "Universal Controller" for my Audiobox USB. As soon as I try to use the audiobox with Audacity I get an error code 9999. I've tried all the usual fix suggestions from forums, updated drivers, shut off Skype, etc. but no luck. I've tried Audiobox with other audio editing programs and the same problem. I suspect it's a Windows 11 issue, since the audiobox still works fine on my old computer with Windows 10.
Any suggestions or others having the same problem? |
