Just picked up an audio box USB 96. Looking forward to recording some of my e-drumming along to drumless tracks. Overall the drums sound great but when I'm triggering my kick drum I'm getting a bit of a clicking/distorted/over modulated sound. I'm not getting that sound with any of the other instruments that I'm triggering. And I am using the rock kit that comes with this drum kit and I've noticed that if I change to a kit that has a less boomy bass drum (70's drums, folk, etc) I'm not hearing that distorted bass drum sound but with the type of music that I'm playing along to I need that deep rock bass sound. Getting very frustrated as I've been trying to figure out how to record drums for the last week. Any thoughts to a solution?
