Hello,

New here and starting a podcast with 2 people interacting throughout. Should I have 2 different audioboxes connected to the same laptop (one set of headphones and a microphone for each)?

I know I can have 2 microphones connecting to the same audiobox but I can only have one headphone jack hooked up to one audiobox.

If you can help or provide advice that would be amazing, thanks!

Buy a male Jack 1/4” (TRS) that splits to 2 female Jacks 1/4” (TRS) that should give you two headphones out.
On a PC two audio devices is not possible.
On a Mac you could setup two devices but would be a hassle.
3 option would be buying something like :
https://www.presonus.com/products/HP4

and connect it like a headphone but having 4 now !

Which do you think would be of the best quality? Or would they be of equal sound quality the splitter or the amplifier?

The advantage of the headphone amp is that you can adjust volume on each output so it suits individual taste.
The other solution is cheaper but does not have that option.
Quality wise I think it will the same.
