SwitchBack wroteWell, you didn’t buy the interface from PreSonus but you bought it from your dealer. As with any trading it is the responsibility of the supplier to deliver what you both agreed on for the amount you payed for it. This whole thing is entirely between you and the dealer, including any benefits and warranty. If you are not content with what you got then take it up with your dealer :roll:


If something is wrong with Studio one I send a ticket to Presonus not to the local dealer.
In my case even if the dealer helped me, I had first to send a ticket to presonus, not to the dealer.

I am going to lock this thread. The issue you are having is with the dealer that sold it as new. The dealer should be able to switch your current device out with one that is actually new to resolve this problem.
