Okay. So...

Initially I wasn't going to post here but for some reason the headphone outputs of the AudioBox USB works just fine but then... until last night the line outputs were working just fine as well. Now there's no signal coming out of either of 'em.

I already tried reinstalling Universal Control. I already tried reinstalling the AudioBox USB drivers by deleting all of the entries in Device Manager and getting all of the drivers off of the official site again. I did this twice.

Although figuring out how to get the line outputs to work would help out a lot, what I really wish I could do is just disconnect them from the "Main" outputs and turn them into two mono outputs temporarily so I can go back to that mode whenever I need it.

The primary reason why I'm saying this is because my plan, in actuality, is to take the recorded bass signal and reamp it through the Darkglass Alpha-Omega Ultra that I just bought. It has its own cab sim so I wouldn't even need anything else. The AO Ultra has a direct output which is an XLR, so I don't need to hook it up to a DI box. And yes, before anyone gets at me, I have a Radial Pro DI as well as Radial Pro RMP. I have all of the necessary cables to hook up the entire rig and I actually was successful in reamping a bass DI not all that long ago.

If anyone can help me figure out a solution that would be great.

Thanks guys!

The AudioBox that I have is the AudioBox USB Black Edition.

Sorry I have to do this but it's a really serious problem this time. There are no troubleshooting solutions specifically for this and I looked through Google again and again. I'm the only one in the world who has this problem.

Update on what happened.

So I started to wonder if anything else besides reamping would work and so I tried plugging in speakers into the line outs and even tried using the line outs outside Studio One. Lo and behold, the line outs themselves are dead. It doesn't matter if it's Studio One or not. The interface itself is busted.

Now I have to either A, get the AudioBox fixed, which is the preferable route, or B, get a PreSonus interface with mono outputs available just so that I can use that for reamping.

I may have found what the problem was.

It might have something to do with the Main knob.

Well, I have a mix rework to do so I might as well give it a shot...

I'll be right back!
