Hello, I got my device delivered today and plugged it into my pc, then installed universal controller as directed. But universal controller says I need to update my firmware, so I click update firmware, get a warning that it might take a while, then it proceeds for a few seconds until it displays the message in the title. I'm not really sure what to do from here so any help or advice is appreciated.

System specs:
Windows 10 Pro, Intel i5 6600k 4.5GHz, MSI AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB, 16GB RAM.
Product is AudioBox USB 96.

Thanks! What version of Universal Control is installed? Are you plugging the AudioBox USB 96 directly into a USB 2.0 port (not blue or on a USB hub) on your PC?

Universal Control 2.9.0.49213 Win x86, and yes it is plugged directly into a USB 2.0 port.

Does the AudioBox USB 96 show up in Device Manager in Windows 10?

Which device did you select during the install of UC?

The device shows up in Presonus USB Audio 2.0 Devices as AudioBox USB 96, and in Audio inputs and outputs as Line (2 - AudioBox USB 96) and Speaker (2 - AudioBox USB 96) also with 3 instead of 2 twice for each (line and speaker).
I selected AudioBox USB driver when installing universal control.

It seems so, universal control won't let me do anything with it without updating the firmware, so haven't been able to try much.
