I'm sure this has been covered a million times but maybe this is a new take on the problem.
If I set audiobox in Windows 10 as my default main recording device and main playback with software S1 selected the same. Video and audio is overly slow or vid /webcams stuck. I'm also using my Audiobox itwo for output, mostly headphones.

I missed the meeting about guitar latency and while I can just mic my amp, This isn't an option late at night in Korea no matter who you are.
