Hi. I recently bought an used Audiobox USB which seems to be working well.

But, when I plugged into my PC, "power" lightens up, but soon I receive the message that my USB device is not working properly. (Code 43)

I made a system cleaning, tried to install legacy drives (not possible), searched for malware, tried every USB port (2.0 and 3.0), changed the cable for one with ferrite filter, changed the energy settings, updated USB ports drivers, updated Windows, shut down my computer entirely for 10 minutes and made a registry change. Nothing worked.

When I plugged into my gf's laptop (windows 10), it was identified by Reaper for a couple seconds. I could see the interface on the Universal Control two or three times for a few seconds too. But it's no longer being recognized.

Specs: Gigabyte GA-H81M-H, Intel i3 4170, 8GB RAM

There's hope for me? :(

We are having same issue trying to get Windows 10 to see our 1818.

About to try a different machine or cable. Then call support.
