Hello! Hopefully this is an easy fix. I'm running an electric guitar with active pickups (and also a keyboard) through a passive DI box, into the Audiobox USB and my Windows 10 laptop. Everything seems to work perfectly, as all levels look great in Studio One, and there is no clipping. However, the volume I'm getting out of my headphones just seems way too quiet. I have the "phones" knob at 100%. I'm curious, is there a specific type of headphones I need, with a certain spec or impedance? I'm using Marley phones using a 3.5mm - 1/4" adapter. I assumed that would be fine. If anyone has run across this, advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

Theoretically that should be ok. Do these phones work as expected with other devices? Or have you tried other phones with your Audiobox?

That being said we can help you better now and in the future with a bit more info......if you will post your system specs in your signature, (see my sig), we will be better able to troubleshoot your problems. Without knowing what type of pc you're running, what OS you're using, what DAW etc....we often can't recommend a "simple fix"

If you have not already done so please READ THE MANUAL!
