Hello everybody and happy new year.
I'm a user of audiobox since 5 years and I think I never had that problem. My audiobox is connected to a two monitors n-ear. When I put the knob of the main out at zero, and hear the song for the heasphones, I can hear also the song for the monitors, althoug the main knob is at zero The sound for the headphones is correct, and in the monitors the sound is dark and dirty, but you can hear the song.... Any idea? I have another problem aswell, that maybe is due to the same thing. When I playback an instrument track and I try to record and audio track, although there's nothing plugged in the mic or instrument input, the track receives signal and it records the sound of the instrument track. Very low level, but it takes the sound Any idea? Thanks |
May be it's a problem of the audio interface that's broken.... Well, if you've had it for five years and never had this problem before I would say that could likely be the case.

thexavi wrote It happens with an audio track aswell. When I create and empty audio track and it's ready to record, and I playback the song, the track I just record enabled, receives signal from the tracks that are playing. It dessapears if I UNPLUGED THE HEADPHONES. With headphones plugged it happens I can't record a clean vocal track when I playback another track, because this vocal tracks records noises of the playback track I uploaded an screenshot Can anyone help me and try to tell me if the audiobox makes the same than mine, please,,,,, Thank you |
If you have not already done so I suggest you open a support ticket.
That being said we can help you better now and in the future with a bit more info......if you will post your system specs in your signature, (see my sig), we will be better able to troubleshoot your problems. Without knowing what type of pc you're running, what OS you're using, what DAW etc....we often can't recommend a "simple fix" If you have not already done so please READ THE MANUAL!
