Tried to record today but for some reason it wouldn't input audio into studio one. MIDI worked fine and I know audio was going in because the clip light would come on when I cranked the gain knob, but no audio was actually being recorded. I tried to reinstall the driver over and over but it didn't do anything. Then when I tried to get into studio one again, the message "The audio device AudioBox could not be initialized. Please check your hardware configuration and try again" came up and retrying and I've tried different USB ports and cables and nothing has worked.

Please refrain from double posting in the future. As to your issue....It could be any number of things. Have you optimized your pc for audio production? Have you disabled wi-fi? Are you plugged into a USB2 or USB3 port? Did you install the drivers from the included disc? Or did you download and use the drivers from this site? That being said we can help you better now and in the future with a bit more info......if you will post your system specs in your signature, (see my sig), we will be better able to troubleshoot your problems. Without knowing what type of pc you're running, what OS you're using, what DAW etc....we often can't recommend a "simple fix"

If you have not already done so please READ THE MANUAL!

I am using an Alienware/Dell computer with windows 10. I installed the version 3 software from your website / as the Audiobox USB did not come with a software disk. Then I connected the unit to my computer through a USB3 hub. What I am getting is the sound of my guitar through the headphones as I play, but when I hit the record button all I get is a blank recording of silence. What am I doing wrong?
