This question is somewhat similar to my other thread, but this here focuses on the OS, while the other focuses on the thunderbolt port used with an adapter.

Allthough not officially supported by Presonus the Firepod is reported to work fully with 10.9

Hi,. I was able to get it to work in 10.10.2 although not supported. It seems to work fine for me.

Mac Pro 3.32 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, OS X 10.10.2, 8 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 ECC, Presonus Firepod/FP10, Cubase Pro 8, Presonus Monitor Station, Presonus HP60
