New machine, but hung on to XP and FP10.
When I go through setup, when I get to the time to plug it in, I never get prompted to install the WDM or MIDI drivers. Firepod shows device fine, but it isn't available as a Sound Device. Multiple uninstall/reinstalls. Firewall is turned off on 1394 port. WinXP SP3. Please offer any help. |

Perhaps your pc's firwire card isn't fully compatible. Have you check it against the list of approved chipsets?
