Firestudio project and Behringer HA4700 Headphone distribution amp.

Could any one help me with the right cabling between the HA4700 and the Project? I only need two or 3 cue mixes from Studio 1(which is set up ok) I just can't seem to get the Headphone distributor working correctly. A diagram would be good...
