I am needing to get a longer FireWire cable than what came with the FSP..
Are there any specifications I should look for when choosing a 1394a cable? I have seen people recommend Tripp Lite and Amazon Basics, but those seem like budget brands to me. That being said, I really don't want to spend more than $15 on >6 feet of 1394 cable.

I also want to know if 4 pin to 6 pin FireWire cables work well for a Firestudio Project's FW connection. I have 2x ports for 1394b and one port for 1394a. (1394b transfers data better, yes?)
