So my firework light seems to stay red. I have no input or output. My channel lights to turn blue when activated. I can't see what this has to do what it has to do with me running Xp. I just wanted my united to possibly be repaired. Support will not talk to me because I have Xp. What's my next option? :thumbdown:

Same issue but using new OS on Mac. You gotta get rid of XP. Nobody will support that anymore. Sorry.

If I plug it into another computer or laptop it still will not work, so what's the difference?
