Disable FSM input monitoring with A3

When I use Amplitube 3 in standalone mode with the Firestudio Mobile as my audio interface, I get a dry input guitar sound mixed with my Amplitube 3 sounds. I looked at Amplitube 3 settings, mbp in/outs, as well as Universal Control features and still can't figure out how to disable the guitar dry input sound so it is not with or competing with my Amplitube 3 sounds. So, can anything alleviate my problem?
