I have one cartoid mic 48v and a sm 57. If I turn on the 48v at the inputs would it harm my sm57 ?

Not when you use standard correctly wired xlr cables. You should be fine.

Thank you. On this mobile fire studio Ihave only the 2 pre amp inputs and do a lot of acoustic unplugged stuff.
