Super frustrated for about a year and a half now. I have been through yosemite and el capitan and still no use for the latest update. Just a flashing red and blue led. Must fix! I really want to use this device again

What version of Universal control is installed? Needs to be 1.7.3 for El Cap. Make sure you rule out any cable issues and things like that. Try both ports on the FSM. If possible, see if you can synce the device up with another computer to rule out any issues with the FSM. If all that fails, Open a support ticket for repair.

In the US, it is a flat bench fee for repair, and includes a new 12 month warranty.
