So, I am at my wits end...

My Studio stopped being able to save templets, songs etc...
I decided to wipe everything Presonus and studio one off my Window computer.
I did save my soundset folder to another drive.

I uninstalled studio one, went through and wiped every folder connected to it.

I reinstalled it.

None of the Studio One folders in my Documents folder was created (like no Studio One folder)
I can't make templates,
I can't install songs
Every download of content fails
The soundets at least work

I have students lesson that rely on my studio one 6.6 and somebody please help me to sort this out
Right now it's unusable (I am on the monthly subscription plan)

Have you submitted a Support Ticket (see link below) for this issue yet? Did you manually wipe everything Presonus and Studio One off your computer or use the uninstaller in Windows?

Also, any reason why you're posting to the "Studio One Prime and Demo" page instead of the main "Studio One Forum Community Support" page?
