I have Studio One 26C Artist. My guitarist has Logic Pro. He sends me a guitar track, I upload and record a vocal track with it. Playback sounds great. Herein lies the issue. When I export the WAV of my vocal without guitar back to him and he downloads it, the vocals do not match his guitar track. I am a singer, not a techie and am very new to recording. I'd guess there is a setting I need to change before I export but don't even know where to start. Any advice?

2 months ago, any achievements? :)

May be the topic heading is inconveniently chosen, because:
What does the audio file care what the guitar plays?

You don't have to export a wav file for that need, because:
The file you could use for exchange is as soon the recording stops in the songs/media folder,...!
You can take this file and send it, no need to export.
But this is not your problem.

A solution could be, to record in the same tempo...
If there is just a beat difference then:

Make sure that you both, singer and guitarist, at leest storing the song in the same tempo, and then exchange the files!

I made a copy of Recording Prep Checklist from https://islandrecordingstudios.com
Mind the 1. chapter "Song Tempos & Click Tracks"
Recording_Prep_Checklist.pdf

Let me know if I guessed correctly :)

Good luck!
