I've got the full version of Studio one Pro and its in my account, so I should be able to ask questions in the main forum, but any attempt at posting there the board scolds me for not being in the registered users group?

What step am I missing? The user groups page has the checkbox to join registered users greyed out?

If you registered your pro copy of S1 and are logged on to the forum (including clicking the “confirm you’re human” button) you should be good to go. If not then contact the forum admins.
