Is it possible to make Range tool function in an opposite way when the smart tool is on?

I mean Range tool in down event area..

The demo convinced me that Studio One is powerful DAW, and I consider buying it, but I was like it better if Range tool behaved like that

Of course, it's not a big deal if not just a personal preference.
