Hey All,

A few days ago I updated my 3.5.3 S1 Pro Demo (64 bit) to the new 3.5.4 version (WIN 7/64, latest updates). On install my AntiVIrus (ESET) popped up the message below. I've since run Malware Bytes and a full scan and nothing was found but - just giving folks a heads up...

Thanks
That is a false negative.

Norton, for example, will sometimes flag an exception if it has not seen the executable before.

Agree with Jeff. Anytime you install Genuine software you should temporarily disable the AV you might be using. You can re-enable after install and check again for viruses but a lot of good programs will show a false positive.

Saturday 2/10/2018 I opened up my Studio One 3 program and I clicked on check for update. It said there was a newer version and ask did I want to install the new update. Of course I said yes like I have done several times before in the past. The second I said install the new update nearly every Icon on my desktop became a Presonus icon and it loaded about 20 sessions up on top of each other. No matter what icon I clicked on on my desktop it would open up Studio One. I went to my tools and clicked on System Restore and it opened up another session of Studio One. No matter what I clicked on it would just open up another Studio One session. On top of that it would not let me close the sessions out. Now I'm afraid to do any more updates in Studio One 3.
