Hi,

we use the latest Studio One 3 Prime on a WIN 10 64bit PC with 8GB RAM
We connect the Behringer X18 AIR via USB to the PC.
Seem the mixer is correctly connectet to the PC, drivers also seem to work properly.

The I/O Confururation for more than 2 Inputs did not work for me...
(see attached jpg)

Is it a "windows thing" or an Studio One 3 configuration problem?

Need badly Help

Prime is limited to 2 simultaneous inputs, but you can have as many tracks as you want.

Matt, thanks for that answer. It's what I already feared... I have the same problem with the limited simultaneous input. I don't even have the button "Add[Mono/Stereo]" in my audio I/O setup.

Strangely, Presonus (or anyone else) doesn't talk about this (very important!) limitation.

Do you/anyone know if there is unlimited simultaneous audio input in Presonus Studio One Artist and/or Professional versions? I'm guessing there is, it's just that I cannot find any confirmation on this anywhere.

Thanks :)

In Artist and Professional the only limitation is the number of inputs from your interface.

Also note that you are limited to one interface only. On a Mac you can merge several interfaces into one 'aggregate' device and use that. PC does not have such a feature (yet). Asio4all may be able to do it but that's not officially supported by PreSonus.

Switch is once again correct. Link below to the comparison page for all versions.

Guys, thanks a lot for the quick answer!

Matt, note that in the comparison, PreSonus is silent on the issue of simultaneous audio inputs, whilst being very elaborate on all the other differences between the three versions.

Cheers
