Where are your soundsets installed and does it match the file pathnames defined in Studio One Options?

I am running Studio One 6.5 Prime. Yes, I'm aware of the limitations of Prime. The 6.2.1 version I installed is also Prime. I can confirm that the location is correct, and the soundset files are present inside the folder. Let me know if you need anything else.

I teach an audio tech. program at a small community school. The primary DAW I teach in is Studio One. I recently had my class download Studio One 6 Prime(Or more accurately, the demo that reverts to Prime). A problem arose with all my students on both Mac and PC...
One of the introductory lessons I give is making a MIDI track and using the Presence VST that comes with Studio One. I told the students to select one of the preset sounds of Presence, but they all stopped me because their Presence doesn't have any presets! The only option they have is "Default". I've tried my own trouble shooting and I can confirm that they do have the sound sets installed and they appear to be pathed correctly. "Studio One Instruments Vol. 1" is downloaded and in the sound sets folder. The sound sets/instrument library are set up correctly in the "Locations" option.
I was able to find a work around by opening the Browser in Studio One and then selecting the "Files" tab. Under the "Files" tab they can open the "Sound Sets" folder which allows them to open a drop down on "Studio One Instruments Vol. 1". From there they do have all of the installed sounds from Bass to Winds & Brass. They can click and drag one of these sounds like "analog planet" onto a track and Presence will load it. It's just that Presence by itself does not show any of these presets/sounds.
I'm sorry for the lengthy description, but I wanted to be thorough in outlining that the Presence sounds are installed and appear to be correctly pathed and can work with a work around, but it is not ideal.

With the new update I confirm the loss of the Presence presets. I'm on Studio One Pro 6.5 (windows 10)

6.5 update came with a lot of bugs, I'm a new Studio One user so I though maybe I was not using it properly but after doing some research and talking to other Studio One users I can confirm that is the update.

It also has problems with some plugins (Vital and Kilohearts plugins have problems with dropdown menus).

I hope they release a new update fixing those bugs soon

It is 20/10/2023 and I can confirm that there is no presets to be seen in Presence XT, in the latest version of Studio One Artist. It is very frustrating, everything is installed accordantly. This is a bug obviously.

It's been reported and will be fixed in the next release.

This issue has been fixed in the Studio One 6.5.1 release!
