Not very experienced at all in recording and just bought Artist 5 and installed it on my windows 10 pc. I have a Yamaha PSR S775 arranger now connected to,S1 through my new Studio 24c interface. I play the drums/percussion, left hand bass and right hand piano all at the same time and want to record cover tunes. Can I set my arranger up as a new keyboard midi instrument, play as I usually do and record everything on the different midi tracks all at the same time? I can’t find any instructions on the “split” checkbox and how that works on the external devices setup screen. Could someone’s help?
