I'm finding that Studio One is FAR too complicated for my needs.
All I need to do is record a podcast interview, play it back so I can hear it, and convert to an MP3 file. Every tutorial I've found goes deep into stuff like using the MIDI and overdubbing. I don't need any of this. All I need to do is record my voice, and that of my guest, play it back, and convert the audio to an MP3 file. Could someone please explain how to record my voice and play it back. THANK YOU! |
Hi.
Here's what you need: 1. Setup your audio interface to work with Studio One. 2. Plug in your mic and turn up some gain. 3. Create a new song in Studio One and select the proper audio input based on your device. 4. Create a new audio track and activate the input so you can see input level coming in from your mic. 5. Record your audio. 6. Play it back. |
