I was wondering if it is possible to have hardware synthesizers playback MIDI notes composed in Studio One? The reason is that I have the MIDI out from Audiobox USB plugged into an Electribe MX, its MIDI Thru plugged into a MircoKorg XL that has its MIDI out plugged back into Audiobox USB.

Yes, that should be possible.

However, studioone doesn't support sysex so for some synths, like my korg kronos, it may not work properly.

Roblof, thanks for the heads up. As for why I brought this up, I wanted to do something in the vein of a Hardware musician on Newgrounds and SoundCloud who goes by the name Architecture. Also, I had some success with Ableton Live, but that's not the case for this one...
