Editing Event Length from Inside the Event Editor with mouse

Hi,
I saw several videos (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeI2NhDT4Vg by Studio One Expert) in which they used the mouse to extend a midi event arbitrarily. I get the quite the same result with "D" and than "G". But it's inconvenient and not flexible.
