Hello,
I'm using an AKAI MPK mini with studio one. In the v3, I was able to create a mapping with the pads of the mini MPK (after several hours of frustration due to the MPK), and then re-use this mapping with the different sounds bank of Impact. When installing the v4, the default mapping was carried over, with the proper note, but now, when I select a sound bank after, it revert to the default studio one setting. Can anyone help me, I would like to avoid having to modify every single sound bank to make them match my pads. Best regards, David |

I believe loading a new sound bank will loading what ever setting was stored with the preset. A work around would be to use two separate Impacts XTs. One for browsing sounds in different sound banks and one for your custom mapping. Then you'll be able to drag sounds from one instance of Impact XT to the other.
