I have an usual issue which I am trying to resole.

We are a new podcast and I purchased the PreSonus Studio Live AR12 USB. I'm not sure this is the right forum for this, but I thought I would ask here and hopefully pointed in the right direction.

We have 4 Hosts on the Podcast and have our own microphones. We route the mics through the mixer, and also have a line coming in from the PC to the mixer for the Audio from a caller. We want to use this for interviews.

Each time we run the software, we can hear the caller, and it records fine, but the caller cannot hear us.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciate as to why this is occurring.

Further to this, the problem only appears when I activate the Studio One Software.
