Studio One Surface Controller?

Been beating my head against the wall trying to find this information online. Can you use the SL 16.4.2 as a surface controller in either Studio One v1 or in Capture? Google search after Google search for the last 3 days ends up with nothing. If so can you please point me in the right direction to set it up.
