My sustain pedal works on standalone VSTs, and in S3 I see the controller messages in the midi monitor but they do not get through to the VSTs -- or the B0 40 00 and B0 40 7F messages must be getting remapped because sustain does not work. In an S3 instance of Prophet V I see the filter envelope change when the sustain pedal is pressed (!), in Neo Soul Keys a similar thing seems to happen in that the release is clipped when the pedal is at value 127. Anyone know why something seemingly so straightforward wouldn't work out of the box?
